Spintec is a Research Laboratory which goal is to bridge fundamental research and advanced technology towards new paradigms / devices in the emerging field of spin electronics. Spintec is jointly operated by CEA and CNRS, and located in Grenoble, France. The activities are focused on 6 thematics: Modeling/CAD, Data Storage, Memory / MRAM, Spin tranfer, Silicon-based devices, Technology.
